I took a virtual Hypnobirthing class hosted by Jasmine and it was excellent! Definitely a life changing journey as far as my ability to now relax, meditate and really find my peace. Jasmine does an excellent job of explaining, hypnosis and just overall educating. Its not boring and being talked to, but rather interactive and there's many opportunities to have discussions and socialize with others. I would highly recommend her courses and even her doula techniques that we got to learn about! I'll bet she's an amazing doula support too! Overall, the course itself now has me very exciting for childbirth!
