The Birth Zone Podcast: Free Meditations and Relaxation!
Recently I started noticing a disturbing trend amongst my pregnant clients and students. Almost every single person was telling me "I feel anxious." Not just a little worried or stressed, but truly apprehensive. They're worried about pregnancy, about birth, about parenting, and about life in general. We're living in challenging times, and parents-to-be (and their unborn babies) are feeling the effects!
Childbirth classes can help. Hiring a doula can help. But true stress-relief requires ongoing daily practice. So I created The Birth Zone, a daily podcast with five-minute meditations geared towards pregnant and birthing people. Each daily meditation is centered around an affirmative phrase that you can focus on throughout the remainder of the day as you continue to keep yourself centered and relatively stress-free.

I went into labor 11/21 at home and decided to labor at home until the pain became unbearable or until my water broke.
